Administers, prepares, conducts and tallies elections. Provides voter registration services. Recruits and trains poll workers. Issues, accepts and maintains candidate, initiative, referendum and recall filings and campaign committee financial reports. Establishes election precinct boundaries. Performs election-related outreach to Native American residents.

Provides information and support for people with inherited bleeding disorders including hemophilia and von Willebrand Disease. Also provides emergency financial assistance to members.

Provides harm reduction supplies and resources to people who use drugs and those that are unhoused. Mobile outreach offers peer support with option for additional support.

Provides outreach services to domestic and sexual violence survivors. Services include individual advocacy, crisis intervention, safety planning, lay legal advocacy support and accompaniment, individual counseling, community education and awareness.

Provides meals, coffee, haircuts, shower facilities, and a clothing closet to people who are homeless or in need. Performs outreach in various locations and provides referrals to additional services.

Provides mobile outreach services to domestic and sexual violence survivors. Services include community-based case management, lay legal and individual advocacy, crime victim accompaniment services, general crime victim assistance and referrals to other services for the general public.

Provides prevention and intervention programs for youth experiencing, witnessing, or using interpersonal violence that includes domestic violence, sexual assault or harassment, teen dating abuse, gender-based violence, stalking, and coercive control. Also offers trusted adult ally response trainings, peer advocate leadership academies, community outreach, and awareness campaigns. Adapted services now available for youth and individuals with disabilities.

Communicates the goals and activities of City government to internal and external sources. Provides information to news media on City topics.

Provides emergency shelter and supportive services for anyone with or without custodial children who are victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, or human trafficking. Offers pet-friendly services and accepts pets at shelter in a limited capacity. Provides culturally specific services to the Hispanic community. Promotes are Spanish speaking only.

Offers transitional housing for veterans who are homeless or in danger of becoming homeless. Also provides information about and referrals to community resources.

Provides housing assistance for income-qualified residents including funding to assist with the purchase of paint and paint supplies; homebuyer assistance; and emergency and major housing rehabilitation and modifications including plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling and accessibility items. Also offers financial literacy workshops.

Administers services for victims of abuse and sexual assault. Serves as a family resource center.
