Operates, maintains, repairs, and manages the town's water sources, wells, treatment and storage facilities. Responsible for ensuring water quality compliance with state and federal regulatory agencies. Repairs and maintains town roads, street signage, and roadside landscaping.

Responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining water, sewer, wastewater, and sanitation services for the community. Responsible for securing and protecting the water rights of the Community.

Responsible for engineering, facilities maintenance, fleet maintenance, streets, cemetery, sanitation, water, and wastewater.

Distributes water supplies, including storage tanks, wells, fire hydrants, pumps and water meters. Operates and maintains wastewater treatment facility, collection system, sewage lift stations, and effluent reuse area. Installs taps for new homes and businesses, performs field location (blue staking) of the underground collection system, and disposes of the plant's effluent.

Responsible for building and maintaining the street network, lights and signals, bridges, storm drains, public buildings, golf courses, parks and pathways, transit system including buses and bus stops, water distribution and wastewater collection. Also responsible for trash and recycling collection including special materials recycling events and Christmas tree recycling.
