Also responsible for trash and recycling collection including special materials recycling events and Christmas tree recycling.

Accepts non-emergency city services requests including commercial and residential code complaints, noise complaints, park rule violations and maintenance issues, reporting an encampment, and traffic issues such as running stop signs, frequent speeding, and not adhering to school zones. Investigates reports of graffiti on public property. Accepts online payments for city services.

Maintains Town streets, right-of-ways, and storm water facilities. Removes snow from streets and right-of-ways. Issues right-of-way permits.

Responsible for water and sewer services, trash collection, and street building and maintenance.

Maintains and repairs roads in Pima County, outside the city limits. Services include pothole patching, pavement preservation, street sweeping, shoulder repair, dirt road grading, vegetation management, guardrail and cattle guard installation and repair, snow and ice control in the Mt Lemmon area, storm clean-up, and right-of-way management.
