Responsible for building and maintaining the street network, lights and signals, bridges, storm drains, public buildings, golf courses, parks and pathways, transit system including buses and bus stops, water distribution and wastewater collection. Also responsible for trash and recycling collection including special materials recycling events and Christmas tree recycling.

Provides sewer and street maintenance.

Provides and maintains parks, cemetery, streets, and water services to residents and businesses throughout Parker.

Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of systems including streets, sanitation, and water and wastewater. Inspects construction within the town and issues building permits.
