Responsible for town planning and engineering, plan reviews and inspection, and inspecting new construction and existing buildings in Gilbert for town building code compliance.

Manages Avondale's traffic system, including repair and maintenance of traffic signals, streetlights, roadway signs and pavement markings, and roadway pavement management.

Responsible for planning and zoning, building, and engineering services in Buckeye.

Responsible for countywide engineering, surveying, road maintenance, traffic control, facilities and park facilities management, fleet services, and water operations.
