Assists residents with coordination and resolution of community issues and concerns through education and collaboration with homeowner associations and neighborhood alliances.

Provides emergency home repairs to low and moderate income homeowners. Repairs include plumbing, electrical, furnace and cooling systems, and roofing. The Neighborhood Pride program paints houses and fences and spreads landscaping gravel in targeted neighborhoods. The Tool Lending Center loans tools and equipment to homeowners, renters, and neighborhood groups undertaking landscaping projects, yard clean-ups, community rebuilding, and other improvement projects.

Provides Tempe business owners and residents with information about city services. Accepts non-emergency city services requests including commercial and residential code complaints, noise complaints, park rule violations and maintenance issues, reporting an encampment, and traffic issues such as running stop signs, frequent speeding, and not adhering to school zones. Investigates reports of graffiti on public property. Accepts online payments for city services.

Ensures compliance with Phoenix codes and ordinances including the Neighborhood Preservation Ordinance, the Zoning Ordinance, Mobile Vending regulations, and portions of the Animal Ordinance. Investigates complaints about street vendors and neighborhood blight.

Maintains a listing of neighborhood organizations so residents can get more involved in decisions affecting their neighborhoods.

Provides community action response engagement services to reported neighborhood issues including homeless encampment clean ups

Provides assistance to neighborhoods within the city limits that are registered with the City of Tucson or in the process of organizing to register. Includes assistance with mailings, neighborhood clean-ups, and meeting space. Maintains a roster of neighborhood associations within Tucson.
