Provides law enforcement services including emergency response throughout the city.

Provides reentry services to youth and adults after release from prison. Services include life skills training, employment assistance, and mentoring.

Responsible for building and safety, planning and zoning, community revitalization, and administrative hearings. Roving Area Neighborhood Dumpster (RAND) and Prescott Valley Tool Box provide trash containers and tools for loan to neighborhood and nonprofit groups involved in neighborhood clean-up and abatement projects. Graffiti Busters removes graffiti from private property and offers education about the effects of graffiti on the community.

Provides free removal of graffiti on public property and limited removal on private and commercial property. Works to prevent and control the spread of graffiti through the Taking Action Against Graffiti (TAAG) Program.

Volunteers remove graffiti, address illegal signs in public right-of-ways, and assess sites for community cleanup project.
