Provides food boxes to people in need. Also maintains a lending service of a variety of durable medical equipment. Includes wheelchairs, crutches, canes, and walkers. Offers monthly bags that include food, gloves, hats, socks, and hygiene products through the Homeless Blessings program.

Provides services, subject to availability, for families in need. Provides emergency food boxes; emergency utility assistance for electric and gas service primarily for families with a past due or shut off notice; sleeping bags for homeless clients through a partnership with the Ugly Quilt Group of Mesa; cat and dog food through a partnership with Pets of the Homeless.

Library loans books, e-books, audio books, large print materials, CDs, and DVDs, Wi-Fi Hotspots, iPads, glasses designed for those with color blindness, ukuleles, and hiking kits. Seed Library checks out garden seeds. Reference desk provides research assistance and materials for use in the library only. Services include story time for children, technology training for people with vision or hearing loss, cultural and recreational programs, and interlibrary loans. Library staff available to help with technology and with connecting to social services, job applications and resume writing. Offers use of copy machine, printer, scanner, Wi-Fi wireless access, public computers with Internet access, and fax machine. Meeting rooms available at no charge for non-profit groups.

Provides harm reduction supplies and resources to people who use drugs and those that are unhoused. Mobile outreach offers peer support with option for additional support.
