Provides free community based fitness classes for people in recovery from substance use disorder.

Provides a series of health promotion classes. Topics include fall prevention; exercise and fitness; and living with diabetes, chronic pain, and other health conditions. Also offers exercise programs designed for older adults 55+.

Provides afterschool programs at city school sites for students ages 6-13. Programs include homework help, educational programs, guest presenters, physical fitness, socializations, and arts and creativity activities.

Provides social and educational programs for adults. Social services for older adults or people with disabilities include Meals on Wheels, community lunch, exercise classes, supportive services, and volunteer opportunities.
