Provides transportation, help with shopping and errands, friendly visiting and reassurance calls, caregiver respite, business assistance, social activities, and support upon discharge from the hospital.

Provides scheduled phone calls on a daily basis to older adults and people with limited mobility to check on their welfare. Dispatches police for welfare checks if there is no response after repeated attempts.

Provides educational programs geared toward seniors. Topics include personal safety, avoiding fraud, and identifying elder abuse. Also provides scheduled, automated phone calls on a daily basis to those who are vulnerable due to health or age. If the call is not answered, police make a home visit to check on the person.

Provides telephone reassurance program for older adults. Participants are scheduled to call in every day between 8am-10am. If the call is not made, police make a home visit to check on the person.

Computer system makes daily calls to check on seniors and adults with disabilities who subscribe to the system to check on their status. If there is no answer, the system alerts dispatchers for follow-up.

Provides brief, daily telephone calls to people who need reassurance, including seniors and people who are homebound. Clients are required to fill out emergency information forms.

Provides scheduled, automated phone calls on a daily basis to older adults. If the call is not answered, police make a home visit to check on the person.

Provides in-home assistance for seniors with disabilities. Services include transportation for grocery shopping, prescription pick-ups, doctor's visits, and companionship visits. Home care aids provide care planning; in-home respite care; housekeeping including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation; and personal care including bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
