Provides emergency shelter for people who are fleeing abusive relationships. Services include case management, crisis intervention, and referrals to other services.

Faith-based center provides services for women and teen girls age 13 and older. Provides onsite childcare for children ages 0-5 while mother is receiving services. Free, confidential services include food pantry, formula, baby food, clothing, diapers, showers, nutrition education, individual advocacy, information and referral, support groups, exercise groups, parenting skills, job readiness, adult literacy, citizenship test preparation and a variety of classes. Serves as a family support center.

Provides drop-in center and outreach for men, women, youth, and families who are homeless or near-homeless. Services include mail and message service, restrooms, local phone calls, hygiene supplies, blankets, emergency food boxes, water, and case coordination. Also provides coordinated entry access for housing assessments and to screen for additional services. Offers food and supplies for pet owners in need.

Provides rent assistance to people who are experiencing a one-time crisis that makes eviction imminent. Stable means of income is preferred, as this financial assistance is intended to eliminate the crisis so that the client can resume responsibility. Also provides assistance with SW Gas bills including past payment, deposits, late charges, and reconnection fees. Provides deposits for electric, gas, water, and home telephone services. Includes case coordination and advocacy for people who need housing, shelter, employment, and help in obtaining benefits.

Provides information and referrals and Medicare counseling to seniors in northern Arizona. Also provides intake and case management for seniors and adults with disabilities so they can remain in their own homes. Includes assessment of needs, development of an individualized care plan, and coordination of in-home support services. Offers ombudsman advocacy to those in long-term facilities.

Family practice clinic provides well-woman exams, prenatal care, well-baby checkups, childhood and adult immunizations, acupuncture, and referrals to necessary specialists. Offers radiation exposure screening, and specialty clinic for HIV care and case management. Also provides comprehensive dental services for children and adults. Includes teeth cleaning, topical fluoride applications, fillings, treatment of periodontal disease, and extractions. Offers short term counseling and diabetes education and self-management program. Offers health benefits enrollment assistance.

Provides faith based trauma informed care centers for pregnant women and women with infants. Offers mobile services across Arizona. Offers life skills classes and help finding community resources.

Senior center provides recreational, social, and educational activities. Offers meals; weekly blood pressure screenings; and wellness, fitness, art, and dance classes. Brown Bag program provides seniors and adults with disabilities with groceries. Matter of Balance Program provides strategies to reduce fear of falling and increase activity levels. Social workers provide case management and referrals to community resources, and facilitate health-related support groups.

Provides case management for individuals and families with low income. Services may include one time utility assistance and/or utility deposits, gas vouchers, food vouchers, large appliance repair and limited rent and mortgage payment assistance. Rental assistance only available for seniors at this time.

Provides comprehensive medical and non-medical case management to adults age 18 and older with HIV/AIDS in Maricopa and Pinal Counties. Services may include in home support, housing search assistance, and transportation coordination.

Provides survivors of domestic violence with the resources, support and legal advocacy needed to live independently and safely.

Provides wraparound services to youth who lost a parent or caregiver to intimate partner homicide. Services include intensive case management, mentoring, peer support groups, therapeutic wilderness-based trips for child survivors, assistance with Victim Compensation and Victims' Rights, and other victim services to meet the specific, complex, and longer-term needs of child homicide survivors and their families.

Provides coordination of services through referrals which may include, but is not limited to, Thrift Store Vouchers, financial empowerment classes, housing rehabilitation, weatherization services, and repair or replacement of appliances. Offers housing payment assistance, including senior recertification. Also provides utility payment assistance and deposits, when setting up a new utility service. Offers free menstrual products and infant or adult diapers. **Rental assistance is first come first served beginning on the first of the month**
