Provides animal control, licensing, and shelter for Greenlee County and the Town of Duncan. Offers financial assistance for spay/neutering. Also provides low-cost vaccination clinics.

Provides financial assistance to pet owners who cannot afford urgent veterinary care for an animal with a life-threatening illness or injury. Also provides emergency boarding grants for pets whose owners are survivors of domestic violence while in shelter. ** Temporarily closed to new applications for the remainder of 2025. New applications will begin to be accepted again in mid-January 2026 **

Works with the community to reduce animal shelter intakes. Provides financial assistance for veterinary care for pets and community cats. Maintains an online resource directory for pet owners which includes low cost veterinary services, special and free events, pet food banks, pet training and owner education to solve behavior problems, help for lost or found pets, re-homing pets and community cats, and more.

Provides financial assistance for feline spay/neutering only.

Provides emergency shelter and supportive services for anyone with or without custodial children who are victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, or human trafficking. Offers pet-friendly services and accepts pets at shelter in a limited capacity. Provides culturally specific services to the Hispanic community. Promotes are Spanish speaking only.
