Services include mental health services with psychosocial assessments for hormone therapy and gender confirming surgeries. Creative arts therapy, hormone therapy, and gender-affirming prosthetics. Testing, counseling, and care for HIV and sexually transmitted infections, including post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) and pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) for Veterans at risk for HIV, and other prevention, screening, wellness, and testing services.

Provides reproductive health and family planning services. Also provides immunizations for children and adults.

Services include hormone therapy and access to physicians, pharmacist, psychologist, and others experienced in transgender care. Does not offer gender reassignment surgery; provides post-operative care. Also provides support group for transgender veterans.
