Offers breast cancer support groups in Maricopa County. Offers a 24-hour hotline for women with questions about breast cancer. Distributes informational literature, books, and videos. Offers support groups for people affected by breast cancer.

Loans durable medical equipment. Items may be borrowed for up to six months. Provides adult incontinence supplies. Also provides assistance to complete advanced directives and enroll in Medicare.

Provides workstations for the use of people with visual impairments, and for people with learning disabilities, reading disorders, dexterity impairments, writing, or typing difficulties. Programs include JAWS, ZoomText, OPENBook, Duxbury, WYNN Wizard, and Dragon Naturally Speaking. Equipment includes telecommunication device for the deaf (TDD), closed-circuit TV systems (CCTVS), Braille display, Braille printer, Arkenstone Open Book, Kurzweil Reading Edge, and descriptive and close-captioned videos. Provides applications for Arizona State Braille and Talking Book Library.

Provides services for people diagnosed with breast cancer or needing assistance with testing for breast cancer. Wig program offers free wigs to individuals undergoing chemotherapy treatment for breast cancer. Offers free mammograms and pays for follow-up diagnostic testing recommended including but not limited to ultrasound, and biopsy, for uninsured or underinsured people. Also provides breast health education.

Provides services for survivors of the Holocaust. Includes in-home assessment, case management, and assistance with applications for reparation and restitution. May also include light housekeeping, personal care, friendly visitors, shopping, transportation, and medical equipment.

Loans telecommunication devices for residents of Arizona who are deaf, hard of hearing, DeafBlind, or speech impaired. Devices include TTY machines, amplified phones, flash ringers, vibrating ringers, speech assistive devices, and captioned telephones.

Also offers a loan closet so children can try equipment before purchasing items.

Online forum for Arizona consumers to donate, buy, sell, or exchange preowned assistive technology and/or durable medical equipment.

Provides comprehensive inpatient and rehabilitation services for veterans and active duty servicemembers who are blind or have functional vision loss. Includes orientation and mobility training, independent living classes, recreational activities, psychological services for adjustment to blindness, health maintenance, and ocular treatment. Family participation is encouraged.

Provides vision care and eyeglasses to low income, visually impaired children through school-based clinics and mobile vision clinics.

Provides hearing aids and fitting services to children and adults who have no other resources. Services provided at local centers.
