Also takes reports of missing individuals.

Provides information to assist Mexicans living in the US. Topics include information on deportation, starting a local business, the American criminal justice system, locating family members who have entered the US illegally, and more. Also accepts reports of abuse of immigration laws.

Provides assistance to law enforcement and families in locating missing persons and solving homicides.

Registers identifying information for a person with dementia or Alzheimer's disease for use in emergency situations.

Provides resources and technical assistance to child victims of abduction and sexual exploitation, their families, and the professionals who serve them. Accepts calls about possible sightings of missing children. Works with the FBI.

Provides assistance to law enforcement and families in locating missing persons and solving homicides.

Provides law enforcement services including emergency response throughout the city. Accepts and investigates reports of non-emergency situations. Calls handled include minor traffic problems, burglary and theft reports, loud noise complaints, abandoned vehicles, missing person reports where the missing person is not in imminent danger, etc.
