Keeps City records, records the official actions of the Council, holds municipal elections, processes annexation requests, processes contracts and agreements, processes requests for public records, issues City liquor licenses, and accepts passport applications.

Sells permanent and temporary liquor licenses. Monitors licensees and investigates complaints against them.

Administers local elections; provides Referendum, Initiative and Recall packets upon request; prepares official agendas and minutes of the Wickenburg Common Council; assists with the preparation of, and maintains municipal ordinances, resolutions, deeds, bid documents, requests for proposals and request for qualifications documents, and cemetery records; and administers business license and liquor license permits.

Provides public notices; maintains Town ordinances and resolutions; administers Town archives and public records program, including maintenance, revision and distribution of the Town Code; prepares and keeps minutes of the Town Council and committee meetings; monitors state campaign finance law compliance and administers municipal elections in accordance with Federal, State and local laws; coordinates liquor licenses and special event permit applications; and facilitates citizens complaints. Records, bills, and issues business licenses for citizens who do business within the corporate boundaries of the town. Forwards records to the Arizona Department of Revenue.

Prepares agendas and bylaws for Town Council; records minutes of Council meetings; answers official correspondence; keeps fiscal records and accounts; prepares reports on civic needs; issues liquor licenses; and holds Town elections.

Responsible for storing and providing information about business, liquor, and other city licenses, and administration of city elections.

Provides administrative support to the Mayor and Council. Responsible for agendas, minutes, bids and openings, agreements, leases, contracts, liquor licenses, Boards and Commissions, elections, oaths of office, postings, records management, and legal notices.

Provides financial services and controls to support and maintain the financial integrity of the city. Issues licenses to businesses which operate within the city limits. Includes business privilege tax (sales tax) licenses, occupational licenses, and liquor business licenses.

Responsible for City elections, maintains public records, and coordinating interdepartmental services for the Mayor and Council. Also sells business and liquor licenses.
