Programs that connect new properties and previously unconnected existing properties to the municipal sewer system; and replace older connections that are in danger of decaying or constitute "private" lateral links to the main system. Charges may be levied for all or a portion of the cost of this work.

Offices that are responsible for handling water service billing and collection problems, and for responding to inquiries about fees, charges and payment options.

Programs that are responsible for the operation, inspection, maintenance and repair of the pipes, drains and manholes that constitute the sewage collection system which transports liquid waste to treatment facilities.
