Provides food boxes, sack lunches, clothing to people in need in Wickenburg, Wittmann, Morristown, Congress, Yarnell, Salome, Aguila, and Wenden. Also provides dishes, linens, and other home items.

Provides family planning services. Services include referrals to health care, financial assistance, maternity homes; maternity and infant clothing, baby furniture, and parenting classes. Provides education about abstinence and sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). Also provides housing for qualified clients and their children.

Provides emergency home repairs to low and moderate income homeowners. Repairs include plumbing, electrical, furnace and cooling systems, and roofing. The Neighborhood Pride program paints houses and fences and spreads landscaping gravel in targeted neighborhoods. The Tool Lending Center loans tools and equipment to homeowners, renters, and neighborhood groups undertaking landscaping projects, yard clean-ups, community rebuilding, and other improvement projects.

Performs minor home repairs for seniors and people with disabilities. Offers assistance with air conditioner repair and home weatherization. Effective April 22, 2025, the Weatherization Assistance Program - provided by AllThrive 365 (formerly Foundation for Senior Living/FSL) for select Arizona communities - has been temporarily placed on hold due to the uncertainty of federal funding for the upcoming fiscal year. At this time, we do not have a confirmed date for when services will resume.

Provides drop-in center and outreach for men, women, youth, and families who are homeless or near-homeless. Services include mail and message service, restrooms, local phone calls, hygiene supplies, blankets, emergency food boxes, water, and case coordination. Also provides coordinated entry access for housing assessments and to screen for additional services. Offers food and supplies for pet owners in need.

Offers grants and loans for Tempe homeowners with low incomes to repair and rehabilitate their homes including making accessibility modifications.

Provides repair or replacement of appliances, weatherization program to boost energy efficiency, and the repair or replacement of heating and cooling systems. Services include case management to help people become self-sufficient, assistance to apply for public benefits, and referrals to additional resources. Also provides assistance with propane and firewood.

Provides financial assistance for repair of single family homes and mobile homes for people on low income in Oro Valley, Sahuarita, and unincorporated areas of Pima County. Includes the repair or replacement of heating and cooling systems, roof repair, hot water tanks, septic system repair or replacement.

Provides beds, furniture, and other household items for biological parents who have open cases with the Arizona Department of Child Services who are working toward reunifying with their children. Offers referrals to other resources.

Volunteers build beds for children and youth who need them.

Provides repair or replacement of air conditioners, water heaters, and other systems/appliances, installation of insulation, installation of energy-efficient LED light bulbs, co/smoke detectors, and shade screens.

Provides services to people experiencing homelessness. Services include shelter, meals, showers, coats, blankets, sleeping bags, return to origin transportation and personal hygiene items. For those staying overnight, a sack lunch is provided for the next day. There are 30 beds to offers overnight stay during inclement weather and in-area emergencies. Also provides warming center in the winter, this is the only extreme weather shelter in Gila County.

Provides major and minor home repairs for owner-occupants on low income. Includes the repair or replacement of heating and cooling systems, electricity, gas lines, and roofs. Also provides barrier removal such as the installation of wheelchair ramps.

Provides major and minor repairs to owner-occupied homes for those on low incomes, with an emphasis on older adults and people with disabilities. Includes the repair or replacement of heating and cooling systems, electricity, plumbing, and painting. The community work projects are scheduled annually. Does not build additions or do structural repairs. Does not provide any services to renters or those who are homeless.

Provides for the construction of new homes from both Community funded sources (RHIP) and Federal funded sources (NAHASDA). Provides for the repair and maintenance of existing stock of housing built previously from Federal funding sources. Provides for the management of Rental Housing built and maintained through Federal funding and implementation of Community policies on said rental units. Provides for the awareness education to tenants of housing regarding drugs, violence and gangs within the Community. Serve rental and homeownership tenants by annual certifications and inspections. Provides housing counseling services, and intake for eligibility for housing assistance.

Clients may visit once every three months if needed and receive approximately 8-10 articles of clothing per person. Also offers laundry service, storage lockers, showers, and mailboxes to clients who are homeless. The Back-to-Work program provides uniforms and other items to people who are newly employed.

Offers minor and major rehabilitation services for income qualified homeowners in Buckeye, Cave Creek, El Mirage, Fountain Hills, Gila Bend, Guadalupe, Litchfield Park, Tolleson, Wickenburg, Youngtown, and unincorporated areas of Maricopa County. Requires a no payment, no interest lien on home.

Provides hygiene kits, blankets, and sleeping bags for underserved, low income, and individuals experiencing homelessness. Sleeping bags available seasonally. Blankets available year round.

Offers household items, hygiene products, therapy sessions, and free legal clinic. Offers free car seat and/or play pen upon the completion of the safety car seat and safe sleep class.

Provides free clothing, household goods, and appliances to those in need by referral only. Also sells low cost items to the general public.
