FACES The National Craniofacial Association

Provides information and support for people with severe craniofacial differences resulting from birth defects, injuries, or disease. Also provides financial assistance for the patient and one person to travel to a reconstructive facial surgical center for evaluation and surgery. Promotes public awareness about craniofacial issues through speakers bureau. Connects families who have children with the same disorder. Offers referrals to additional resources.
