Adults age 18 and older who have a diagnosed physical disability and are eligible for receiving SSI disability payments and seniors age 60 and older. Must be home bound and have a physical disability that prevents safe preparation of a meal to be eligible for home delivered meals.
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Call to schedule an in-home evaluation. Proof of age for seniors is required. Proof of physical disability and SSI disability payment eligibility is required for adults under 60.
