Apache Junction City Clerk

Administers the City's privilege (sales) tax collection, audit and licensing programs to include self-collection of city sales tax. Provides public notices, maintains city ordinances and resolutions, and administers the City archives and public records program, including maintenance, revision and distribution of the City Code. Prepares and keeps minutes of the City Council and committee meetings, monitors state campaign finance law compliance, and administers municipal elections in accordance with Federal, State and local laws.
